What People Say

Pete is a wonderful community leader who proved to be not only skilled within the areas of his immediate responsibility but very eager to learn and incorporate the additional facets of the operation into broader solutions. I always appreciated his willingness to listen and find the right solution, not just the convenient one to any given situation. The result of such an approach often led to difficult decisions but Pete never shied away from a discussion and I could always count on him to be honest and proactive. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with Pete in the past and am happy to provide my full recommendation.

Pete Bales is the most authentic, caring government official I have ever met. I have known and worked with Pete for more than 12 years, first in my career as a reporter and later as a marketer. It has always been my job to seek out a person’s true nature, and here is what I know about Pete: Pete is the doer. Pete is the activator. Pete is the catalyst. When others are happy to talk, Pete is working to implement real change….People naturally follow Pete, because he is smart, magnetic, and not above getting his hands dirty. Fairborn has truly benefited from an unparalleled level of caring, commitment and loyalty to the community, because of Pete’s involvement in the city.
